Job Role: Sales Business Development

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the US market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting cold calls, networking, and leveraging digital sales techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and software demos, articulating the value and benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with both new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product development) to optimize the customer experience and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data using CRM tools and generate regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales.
  • Knowledge of specific industries relevant to our software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in software sales, specifically within the US market.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
